PEC is now PEC University of Technology

H. E. General (Retd.) S. F. Rodrigues, PVSM, VSM, Governor, Punjab and Administrator U T, Chandigarh visited PEC on 4th June, 2009 and Unveiled the Plaque renaming Punjab Engineering College (Deemed University), Chandigarh to PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh.
